The Blueprint Design Company is based in Edinburg and serves homeowners and builders across South Texas. Led by Jack Meeks, we bring residential construction experience and a practical eye to the design process—from how a home flows to how its details are communicated.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

What should I have before reaching out?
Your project location, approximate square footage, and a few must-haves are a great start. If you have a survey, inspiration images, or an existing sketch, mention them in your inquiry. You don’t need everything figured out.
How long does the design process take?
Timing depends on project size, scope, and revisions. Smaller homes typically take about 2–3 weeks; mid-size and larger homes may take 4–6 weeks. Your schedule will be confirmed before work begins.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit starts the project. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery, after the completed set has been reviewed.
Can you help with engineering and energy calculations?
We can discuss what your project needs and offer referrals for services such as engineering, REScheck, and Manual J. Required specialist services and local approvals depend on the project and are confirmed separately.
